This week, top officials from Georgia State Tourism and Economic Development visited Pasaquan as they seek to assist Marion County, GA and the town of Buena Vista plan for the opening of the site.

The group met to strategize how the revitalized site can help drive tourism, and in turn, the economic development of the region. Pasaquan must be a starting point, not an end result, of the efforts to spur economic development in Buena Vista.  Kohler Foundation is an active partner in these discussions, leveraging our Preservation work to create a lasting impact in the area.
