Distinguished Guest Series Finale
The 2012-13 season of the Distinguished Guest Series wraps up on April 27 with five-time Grammy Award-winning vocalist and songwriter, Michael McDonald. McDonald began his career as a backup singer for Steely Dan. As a member of The Doobie Brothers from 1976 to 1982, he recorded hit songs like “Real Love” and “Little Darling.” In 1980, “What a Fool Believes” earned him a Grammy Award for Song of the Year along with co-writer Kenny Loggins. Shunning theatrics and trend-chasing, he has trusted in the power of his singular voice and a deep catalog of memorable songs to point the way through his long career. Tickets are on sale now.
